As a staff member I thought I would make a thread where I and others could post Suggestions for new thread areas and anything else.
First off are my suggestions -
Make an Area under Persia Titled "Satrapies of the Empire" or simpily, "Provinces of the Empire" where threads for places and events ther in could be made. Persian Empire is quite extensive though. Egypt, Anatolia (Turkey, where some Greek States are located on coast. The Cause of the persian wars.), The Levant (Palestine, Lebanon ect.), Mesapotamia, Iran, and Western India (Hindush), Libya and more.
Athens - City of Athens, Parthenon (The "Perfect Building") Acropolis

Well it would be Provinces of the Empire and there you could post Egypt - Land of the Pharoes and Egypt - the Uprising for Rps within the Empire's Satraps for example. So it would lie in others posting threads for areas of the Empire.

Ok, thats cool to. Will there ever be like troops under player's command in this game or will it concentrate on the characters solely?

Im not sure to be honest. I do believe though that there will be armies due to the fact that this game is based of a major Battle which included hundreds of Thousands of men. I will have the Spartan Army at my command even after death due to the fact that I control my successor of the next 16 years till my son is grown. I would hope we would get more armies and get to rp some heavy fighting.

This isn't really a suggestion, just a little flaw I found in the Spartan rules with the whole government system. Spartan Government was an oligarchy and ruled by two kings, not simply one. That way neither could have absolute power, and if the one did something stupid, the other could simply overule it and vote to kick him out of his position. In simpleton terms, at least. That's true. In the 300 History thread, people tend to debate the historical inaccuracies. In the movie, there is one king, but you're absolutely correct that in reality, there were two.

The Thermopylae board would be pretty useless otherwise XD But since the battle is the climax of the film, we thought we'd wait a little while - to have enough members to make it relatively equal in the fighting arena (I might end up making some Immortals to speed it along) XP Junkyard Thread and Provinces sound like great ideas to me : D I'll put them up! However, I'm only going to make boards in the provinces for those countries we have represented on the site XD So as more nationalities are added, so will more boards ^_^ As to Greece though, the Parthenon wasn't constructed until 447-438 BC, so this RP is too early for that : / The Acropolis Hill is the location of Athena's Temple (It's been rebuilt upon repeatedly as things have been trashed) But I can definitely add the city : )

Make Hydarnes, Persian Commander of the Immortals That is a good idea. I think we should start with the movie. If no one objects, I'll post the Persian messenger's arrival in Sparta (one of my favorite scenes) hopefully after lunch : )
